Checking Your Order Status
Has my order shipped?
Click on "Track Your Order" at the bottom of any page on the Pure Goalie website and then enter in your order number and email address in the fields provided. Then simply click the "Track Your Order" button. After you locate your order, look to the right of the page under status. If your status shows “complete” or “partially shipped,” your order has entered the shipping process. Please note that this does not necessarily mean your package has left the warehouse. Please click on the “track” hyperlink to see where your item is.
When will my order ship?
Our intention is to ship any order received by 2:00 pm (EST) the same day. Certain items may take longer, but the vast majority of orders ship within 24-48 hours. While we always try to have product in stock, however, sometimes due to high demand, we sell out and in other cases, manufacturers are either out of stock or have shipping delays. We will always provide you with the most accurate and up to date information regarding product availability. All packages ship directly from our Franklin, Massachusetts Distribution Center. Regular ground shipping takes from 3-7 business days. We offer upgraded shipping options for an additional charge.
When will my backorder ship?
If we do not have the item you want in stock or you would like us to custom order an item for you, we will provide you with an estimated shipping date when we confirm your order.
How do make I changes to my order?
Once we receive your order (and it has been verified), it is transmitted to our Distribution Center for immediate shipping. If you need to change your order, contact customer service at 866-PUREHOCKEY (866-787-3462) or via email at email@example.com.
To access your account: Click on My Account at the top of any Pure Goalie page. In the "Returning Customers" box, enter your email address and password to access your account.
To create an account: Click on "My Account" at the top of any Pure Goalie page. In the "New Customers" box, click the "Create Account" button and enter your information into the required boxes and click submit. Welcome to Pure Goalie!
How do I edit my account information?
Click on "My Account" at the top of any Pure Hockey page. In the "Returning Customers" box, enter your email address and password to access your account.
I forgot my password.
At the bottom of any Pure Goalie page, click the "Forgot Username or Password" button. Enter your email address and follow further instructions to have your password emailed to you. If you don't know your Username, please call Pure Goalie Customer Service at 866-PUREHOCKEY (866-787-3462).
