The V5 blocker introduces a number of new features; one of which being the binding-less surface area being the most visible difference. The other additional features are the front tilted angle to the board, a wider cuff design for more mobility, a tapered bottom edge for an optimum seal while in the paddle down position, and pro-spec plastic inserts for added protection keeping with a lighter weight feel.
